Delete your account

Request deletion of an account created in a Benjamin Kitt app and the personal data associated with it.

Before requesting deletion: deletion is permanent and may remove saved content, preferences, and access across devices. It does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play.

Submit a deletion request

  1. Email apps@benjaminkitt.com from the address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject “Account deletion request”.
  3. Include the app name and the account email or identifier. Do not include your password.
  4. Respond if we ask for limited additional information to verify ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete or de-identify the account and personal data controlled by us that is associated with it, such as profile details, synced app content, and app settings, to the extent those categories exist for the named app. Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

Timing and limited retention

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm when processing is complete. Some data may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until they rotate out. We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud and security prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and deleted when the obligation ends.

Delete data without deleting an account

If you want specific data removed but want to keep your account, email the same address with the app name and describe the data. Available controls vary by app; in-app and Google Play disclosures explain app-specific options.
