Permission to use our apps
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use an app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules. We and our licensors retain all rights in the app, including its software, design, names, and content.
Acceptable use
You must comply with law and must not misuse an app. You may not interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; distribute malware; abuse other people; infringe rights; scrape or overload a service; or reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute an app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your content and account
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us only the permissions reasonably needed to operate the requested app features. You are responsible for your content, the accuracy of account information, and keeping credentials secure. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Purchases and third-party services
Google Play or another store may process purchases and subscriptions under its own terms, including cancellation and refund rules. Apps may link to or depend on third-party services. We do not control those services, and their separate terms and privacy policies apply.
Updates, availability, and termination
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may require updates for security or compatibility. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using an app at any time and can request account deletion where available.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Apps are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice unless an app expressly states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits arising from app use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Governing terms and changes
Applicable law and courts depend on where you live and any mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. We may update these terms and will post the revised date; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
