Policy

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Benjamin Kitt (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the mobile apps we publish.

Effective August 2, 2026Last updated August 2, 2026
App-specific details matter. Features and data practices vary by app. Disclosures presented inside an app and on its Google Play listing supplement this policy and identify which practices apply.

Information we may collect

  • Information you provide, such as an email address, account details, support messages, or content you choose to save.
  • App activity and preferences, such as settings, feature interactions, or content needed to provide a requested function.
  • Device and technical information, such as app version, operating system, device type, language, diagnostics, crash data, and approximate network information.
  • Purchase information, such as subscription status or transaction identifiers supplied by an app store. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.

An app may process some information only on your device. When that is the case, the information is not transmitted to us unless you choose to send it, for example in a support request.

How we use information

We use applicable information to provide and maintain app features; authenticate users; remember settings; process entitlements; respond to support; diagnose failures; protect users and services; comply with law; and improve reliability and usability. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with vendors that operate app functionality, hosting, diagnostics, customer support, or purchases; with authorities when legally required; or as part of a business transfer. Providers may use information only for the contracted service and under their own applicable terms. The relevant app or store disclosure identifies providers used by that app.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, security, dispute-resolution, and backup requirements. Retention depends on the app and data category. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can manage app permissions in device settings, stop collection by uninstalling an app, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Account deletion instructions are available on our account deletion page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights and the right to appeal or complain to a regulator.

Children

Unless an app and its store listing expressly say otherwise, our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in the applicable country). Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate protections for cross-border transfers.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our apps or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when required. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to apps@benjaminkitt.com. Include the app name so we can route your request.
